CSIR RICA Indemnity
“In terms of Sections 5 and 6 of the Regulation of Interception of Communications and Provision of Communication related Information Act (Act 70 of 2002) I
hereby confirm the waiver of my privacy; consent to the CSIR’s monitoring of its ICT systems and hereby expressly grant my informed consent to the CSIR to
perform any interception of any communication or communication related information (in respect of both live as well as stored data) to which I am a party, when
using the CSIR owned ICT infrastructure”.
I hereby indemnify and hold the CSIR and/or any of its employees/contractors, their heirs, executors and/or successors in title, harmless against any claim for
infringement of my privacy and/or any claim for damages which may result from any unauthorized access to my e-mail mailbox/personal storage space,
including any claim for incidental or consequential damages.
